 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Merchandies will be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase providided the merchandise is unused, intact and in saleable condition and without use of perfumes, with the original priginal product tag and invoice as the proof of purchase.

2. Undergarments including socks, masks etc. will not be exchanged. Discounted merchandise and used merchandise will not be exchanged. Altered garments will not be exchanged.

3. Only credit notes will be issused on exchange. Cash refunds will not be given. Credit notes will be issued for value equivalent to replacement and can be redeemed only at VIRAL ATTIRE stores across the country within 3 months from date of issue.

4. Exchange of merchandise bought during OFFSALE period will be permitted during the same OFFSALE period only.
5. Landmark rewards points will be awarded only if the costomer provides their mobile number/membership number during billing. Landmark reward points will not be awarded on discounted merchandise, purchase of gift vouchers or items on special offers/promotions.
6. Viral Attire retail division shall not be responsible for any loss/damage or any persanal injury to a customer directly /indirectly by use of the products / merchandise purchased from the store/s.
7. VIRAL ATTIRE retail division reserves the right to alter/modify any terms and condition at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
8. In case of any dispute. The same shall be subject to Hubli jurisdiction.
